A successful candidate will encompass the following skill set: 

Minimum 5 years of experience with a bulge bracket firm
Must be able to manage a transaction team, multiple clients, and projects
Must have in-depth experience and knowledge in emerging markets specializing in Sub-Saharan Africa, the CEE, Latin America, and Asia
Must be capable of driving all aspects of the transaction process from inception through completion
Must be capable of authoring and editing all documentation
Strong financial modeling skills
Proven track record of capital raising and transaction closings
Business Acumen
Ability to engage and manage senior executives
